Cinnamon-Sugar Apple Cider Donuts with a Salted Caramel Drizzle

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together the sugar, apple cider, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.

Bake the donuts for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
