Delicious Dessert Dosa with Coconut Chutney
This dessert dosa is a sweet twist on the traditional savory Indian crepe. Filled with a spiced mixture of ricotta and dates, and served with a creamy coconut chutney, it's the perfect way to end a spicy Indian meal.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Gradually add the water, stirring until a smooth batter forms.

In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, dates, cardamom, and cinnamon.

Heat a griddle or large frying pan over medium heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of ghee or butter.

Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the griddle, swirling to spread it into a thin circle.

Drop a spoonful of the ricotta mixture into the center of the dosa.

Fold the dosa in half, pressing gently to seal the edges.
