Hot Cocoa Brownies
Indulge in these fudgy, chocolatey brownies with a rich, hot cocoa twist. Perfect for a cozy winter dessert or a sweet treat any time of year.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease with butter.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and hot cocoa mix.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
