Sticky Sesame Cauliflower Wings
These vegan sesame cauliflower wings are a tasty and healthier alternative to traditional chicken wings. They are coated in a sticky, sweet and savory sauce made with sesame paste, honey, and soy sauce, and then baked until crispy and caramelized. Serve them as an appetizer or snack, or add them to a bowl of steamed rice for a complete meal.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame paste, honey, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl and toss with the sesame sauce until well coated. Arrange the coated cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Bake the cauliflower for 25-30 minutes, until caramelized and crispy. Serve hot as an appetizer or snack, or add to a bowl of steamed rice for a complete meal.
